Why Choose an IIR graduate? If you are looking for a Reflexologist it is important to find someone who is properly trained and experienced and someone who can demonstrate just how effective reflexology can be at improving your health and wellbeing. Professional reflexology cannot be learned through books alone or a quick 10-week leisure course. Not all Reflexologists are trained to the same standards. Do not be tempted by ‘cheap rates’ as professional reflexologists do not have to charge rock-bottom prices. Good reflexologists are busy and in demand. A practitioner who has trained with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) will have studied extremely hard and will have undertaken stringent examinations in anatomy and physiology as well as the hands-on application of the Original Ingham Method® of Reflexology. Our course is designed to produce health professionals capable of working within hospitals, hospices and general practices, providing top-quality healthcare. Because of this, our practitioners are able to work competently with clients who are pregnant or who have cancer, diabetes or other serious health conditions.
